Named as an All-American City in 2006, the city of Lincoln has shown itself to be one of the most popular places to live in the Sacramento area, and in particular, South Placer County. One of its main attractions is the Gladding, McBean & Company clay plant. In addition to the manufacture of clay pipes used in construction, Gladding McBean has over a 100-year history of producing many of the architectural features such as the gargoyle statues noted on many of the older office buildings across America. Nearby is the Thunder Valley Casino Resort, noted as a top music venue, attracting visitors from all around Northern California.

Real estate in Lincoln, for the most part, is very reasonable. It's a youthful city, with over 75% of the population being younger than 65, although it is home to one of the larger Del Webb communities in the area. Starter homes and family communities are the most desirable, but there are some elegant luxury homes in developments such as Catta Verdera Country Club. Lincoln is also home to several horse farms.

There are three golf courses in the town, several parks, and many walking trails and outdoor adventures to be discovered. Four-legged family members have the Auburn Ravine Dog Park to enjoy. McBean Park and Auburn Ravine Park are popular, and Camp Lincoln offers the kids a summer camp with swimming, games, and sports. Lincoln California Real Estate offers outdoor lovers a perfect place to call home.
Industry is growing every day in Lincoln, with the city's Lincoln Gateway plan offering 2.3 million square feet of industrial space and 300 acres available for commercial expansion. Good jobs are available to maintain the excellent lifestyle this city affords its residents. Community organizations such as the Art Center of Lincoln and the Lincoln Archives museum enhance the town, as well as branches of all the well-known civic organizations such as the Kiwanis, Lion's Club, and Rotary Club. The Lincoln Regional Airport serves businesses and private plane enthusiasts as well.

If you've been considering a move to Lincoln or buying Lincoln CA real estate, we highly recommend this pretty town. If you're a resident and in need of a Realtor, we would love to help you buy or sell a home in Lincoln.
